Notes

'Avenes Sniegā' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Avenes Sniegā') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Soft pink anemone flowers open in late spring and fade to lighter centers as they age. They smell of lemon and look like raspberries in snow. The upright stems stand without support.

Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Cinnamon fern, and Queen of Night tulip.
