Notes
'Bailey Compact' judd viburnum (Viburnum trilobum 'Bailey Compact') is a shrub for specimen planting, mixed borders, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. White lacecap flowers open in late spring and attract bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Scarlet berries follow from late summer to late winter, and the leaves turn orange in fall.
Pairs well with Berry Poppins winterberry, Purrsian Blue nepeta, and Sedge.
