'Bar4470' rose (Rosa 'Bar4470') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It bears fragrant, medium red blooms from early to late summer. Bees visit the flowers, and you can cut stems for bouquets.
Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, False indigo, and Niobe clematis.
