Notes

'Be Glad' rose (Rosa 'Be Glad') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Red blend blooms are fragrant and attract bees. They open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn. Dr. Thomas McMillan bred it in 1988.

Pairs well with Maltese cross, Fountain grass, and Creeping phlox.
