Notes

'Beauté de Lyon' rose (Rosa 'Beauté de Lyon') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen plantings, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Fragrant coral-red blooms with light yellow shading open from early to late summer and attract bees. Joseph Pernet-Ducher bred it in 1910.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Evening primrose, and Arrowwood viburnum.
