Notes

Begonia (Begonia sutherlandii) is a perennial for naturalized areas and annual beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes part to full shade and average moisture. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and wide. The flowers are orange to reddish orange, so they add warm color to a shady spot.

Pairs well with Korean rock fern, Bergenia, and Hardy cyclamen.
