Notes

Polka dot begonia (Begonia maculata) is a perennial for containers and low maintenance gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is evergreen and can reach 24 to 36 inches tall. Its bloom time spans all four seasons.

Pairs well with Birkin philodendron, Norfolk island pine, and Pansy.
