Notes

'Better Times' daffodil (Narcissus 'Better Times') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The petals are clear yellow, and the frilled center cup has a reddish orange rim. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Bees and butterflies visit the fragrant blooms.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Lamb’s ear, Sarah Bernhardt peony, and Hicksii yew.
