Notes

'Bicolor' wand butterflybush (Buddleja 'Bicolor') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The yellow and raspberry flowers are fragrant and draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn.

Pairs well with Blazing star, False indigo, and Buffalo grass.
