Notes

'Miss Violet' wand butterflybush (Buddleja 'Miss Violet') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Fragrant purple flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It grows 48 to 60 inches tall and is drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Mexican hat, Feather reed grass, Amsonia, and Lily.
