Notes

'Bing' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Bing') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. The fragrant orange-red blooms open in early to late summer and attract bees. Plants reach about 47 inches tall, so you may want to stake them. Arris P.J. de Ridder bred it.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Society garlic, and Wallflower.
