Notes
'Blue Cloud' crane's-bill (Geranium 'Blue Cloud') is a perennial for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows 9 to 12 inches tall and spreads up to 24 inches. Sky blue flowers open in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit them. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.
Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Pink Hawaiian Coral peony, and Ornamental onion.
