Notes
'Orion' crane's-bill (Geranium 'Orion') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It bears blue flowers in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit them. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It also tolerates drought, so it stays easy to care for.
Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Blazing star, and Silver sage.
