Notes
'Blue Note' autumn sage (Salvia greggii 'Blue Note') is a fast-growing plant for containers, sunny borders, and hummingbird and butterfly gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil. Cobalt blue flowers with purple calyces bloom from early to late summer and again in early to mid autumn. Hummingbirds and butterflies visit the blooms for nectar. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and wide.
Pairs well with Purple top, Society garlic, and Italian cypress.
