Notes

'Bonica' rose (Rosa 'Bonica') is a shrub for borders, hedges, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It bears medium pink blooms and attracts butterflies and bees. Marie L. Meilland bred it in 1985. Good air flow helps keep the dark green leaves healthy.

Pairs well with Star Gazer lily, Switchgrass, and The President clematis.
