Notes
'Boreas' daffodil (Narcissus 'Boreas') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant flowers draw butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It also tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Lenten rose, Blue fescue, Greig's tulip, and Bartzella peony.
