Notes
'Burning Heart' daffodil (Narcissus 'Burning Heart') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant, creamy yellow flowers have a wavy orange and yellow cup, and bees and butterflies visit them. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. J.W.A. Lefeber bred it.
Pairs well with Sundrops, Blue fescue, Greig's tulip, and Bartzella peony.
