Notes
'Cascade Harvest' raspberry (Rubus idaeus 'Cascade Harvest') is a shrub for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun. It is grown for fresh eating, freezing, canning, and baking. The almost thornless canes reach 4 to 6 feet tall, and white spring flowers attract bees. Remove fruited canes after harvest to encourage new canes.
Pairs well with Cortland apple, Plum, Pink Drift rose, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
