Notes

'Caterpillar' rose (Rosa 'Caterpillar') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It has fragrant light pink blooms that appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. L. Pernille Olesen bred it, and D.T. Poulsen introduced it in 1985.

Pairs well with Bartzella peony, Sweet pepperbush, and Fragrant Bouquet hosta.
