Notes

'Century Pink' cockscomb (Celosia argentea 'Century Pink') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and accents. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. It grows fast, and butterflies and bees visit the blooms. Deer tend to pass it by. Flowers appear from early to late summer and again in autumn.

Pairs well with Mammoth Grey Stripe sunflower, Isabel dahlia, and Hyacinth bean.
