Notes

'Century Snow Drift' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Century Snow Drift') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant white flowers measure 5 to 6 inches across and sit on 36 inch stems. Two rows of white petals surround a center of stamens. Roger F. Anderson bred it.

Pairs well with Swamp milkweed, Royal fern, Invincibelle Ruby smooth hydrangea, and Black Parrot tulip.
