Notes

'Claude Monet' rose (Rosa 'Claude Monet') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant red blend blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Jack E. Christensen bred it in 1992.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Casa Blanca lily, and Fragrant Bouquet hosta.
