Notes

'Comanche' dotleaf waterlily (Nymphaea 'Comanche') is a perennial for containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and wet, loamy soil. The fragrant flowers open yellow and turn coppery bronze, and bees visit them. It stays 3 to 6 inches tall and spreads 60 to 72 inches, so give it plenty of room.

Pairs well with Sweet flag, Fox sedge, and Michigan lily.
