Notes

'Congratulations' rose (Rosa 'Congratulations') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub grows about 47 to 73 inches tall and has dark green leaves. Its fragrant orange-pink blooms attract bees from late spring into early autumn. Reimer Kordes bred it in 1979.

Pairs well with Blue star, Bellflower, and Anemone.
