Notes
'Corona' tulip (Tulipa 'Corona') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It blooms in early to late spring and grows about 10 inches tall. The leaves are mottled, so the foliage adds interest in the bed. Tubergen bred it in 1927.
Pairs well with Ice Follies daffodil, Spiked speedwell, and Little bluestem.
