Notes

'Cosmic Clouds' rose (Rosa 'Cosmic Clouds') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. The fuchsia and magenta blooms have a silvery reverse and a sweet fragrance. Bees visit the flowers from late spring into autumn. Christian Bédard bred it, and Spring Hill Nurseries introduced it in 2023.

Pairs well with Jeana garden phlox, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Stargazer lily.
