Notes

Cotoneaster (Cotoneaster microphyllus) is an evergreen shrub for borders, hedges, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. White flowers open in spring and again in summer, and they draw bees and birds. Rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Green Velvet buxus, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and River birch.
