Notes

Creeping cotoneaster (Cotoneaster adpressus) is a shrub for rock gardens, ground cover, borders, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. White flowers tinged with pink attract bees, and birds visit the plant too. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows slowly into a low, cascading mat that turns color in fall.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Cheyenne Spirit echinacea, and Lily.
