Creeping saxifrage (Saxifraga stolonifera) is a perennial for ground cover, shade gardens, containers, and borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet soil of most types. It is evergreen, and its rounded mounds grow at a rapid rate. The leaves come in many colors, and white flowers appear through the year.
