Notes

'Dalli Dalli' rose (Rosa 'Dalli Dalli') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It has an upright habit and glossy foliage. Dark red blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn, and bees visit them. Mathias Tantau, Jr bred it in 1979.

Pairs well with Ornamental onion, Niobe clematis, and Big bluestem.
