Danceline tulip

Garden uses

Notes

'Danceline' tulip (Tulipa 'Danceline') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The ruffled double flowers look like roses, with white petals lightly flecked with dark pink. They bloom over a long period in spring and slowly flush with light pink as they age. Feed the bulbs when shoots emerge and let the leaves die back naturally after flowering.

Pairs well with Karl Rosenfield peony, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Knapweed.
