Notes

'Daydream' coneflower (Echinacea 'Daydream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Deer tend to pass it by. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Its flowers are fragrant, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Bee balm, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
