Notes
'Debron's Smokey Blues' hardy fuchsia (Fuchsia 'Debron's Smokey Blues') is a shrub with magenta and deep purple flowers and bright blue-green foliage. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun. It blooms from summer to first frost, and dark purple berries extend the season. Hummingbirds and bees visit the flowers. Bury the base 3-4 inches deep, as you would a rose, to boost hardiness.
Pairs well with Ruby rose, Society garlic, and Wallflower.
