Notes

'Deception' rose (Rosa 'Deception') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep pink blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. They are fragrant and attract bees. George Beckwith & Son bred it in 1923.

Pairs well with Catnip, The President clematis, and Switchgrass.
