Notes

'Disco Belle White' rose mallow (Hibiscus moscheutos 'Disco Belle White') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, rain gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its white flowers have a maroon eye and open in early to late summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit them. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It also tolerates salt.

Pairs well with Obedient plant, Culver’s root, and Big bluestem.
