Garden uses

Notes

'Discovery' tulip (Tulipa 'Discovery') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The violet pink flowers have silvery white edges and open from early to late spring. They reach about 20 inches tall, and J.C. Eldering & Co. bred it.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Red Charm peony, and Little bluestem.
