'Doctor James Parkinson' tulip (Tulipa 'Doctor James Parkinson') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It blooms in dark pink-red from early to late spring. The petals glow cardinal red outside, with a small feathered white edge.
