Notes

'Dr Huey' rose (Rosa 'Dr Huey') is a vine for borders, cottage gardens, privacy screens, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Dark red, fragrant blooms open from early to late summer and attract bees. A.N. Pierson introduced it in 1914. Give the long canes a fence or wall to climb.

Pairs well with Stargazer lily, Catnip, and Garlic chives.
