Notes

Drummond aster (Symphyotrichum drummondii) is a perennial for woodland and naturalized gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and dry to average soil. Stems reach 3 to 4 feet tall and carry many narrow, arrowhead-shaped leaves.
