Notes

Dwarf mock orange (Philadelphus microphyllus) is a shrub for borders, hedges, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It grows 47 to 59 inches tall and wide. White, fragrant flowers open in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit them. Once settled in, it tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Alina rose, and Snowbrush.
