Notes

'Early Perfection' daffodil (Narcissus 'Early Perfection') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Each stem carries 4 to 6 fragrant flowers with broad, almost white petals around a clear yellow, bowl-shaped cup with a frilled mouth. R.A. van der Schoot bred it. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Star magnolia, and Kansas peony.
