Notes

'Elegance Hit' rose (Rosa 'Elegance Hit') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The compact plant grows 16 to 24 inches tall with dark green leaves. Orange-red blooms appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. L. Pernille Olesen bred it in 2003.

Pairs well with Woolly yarrow, Fountain grass, and Nelly Moser clematis.
