Notes

'Elisabeth' tulip (Tulipa 'Elisabeth') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It bears red blooms from early to late spring on stems about 12 inches tall. The blooms look lovely in a vase, so you can cut a few for the house. Plant the bulbs in groups for a bolder show in the bed. New Way bred it.

Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Fanal astilbe, Paula Fay peony, and Switchgrass.
