Notes

'Eloise' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Eloise') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, double flowers are cream pink with lavender shading and have a sweet scent. They open late in spring, later than many other peonies. Edward Auten, Jr bred it.

Pairs well with Scentara Double Blue lilac, Wild ginger, Queen of Night tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
