Notes

'Emaline' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Emaline') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It blooms early to mid-season with blush flowers that have a pleasing fragrance. The stems are strong and hold the tall blooms well. Mrs. William Wolfe bred it.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Charles Joly lilac, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Sedge.
