Notes

'EnduraScape Red' prairie verbena (Glandularia peruviana 'EnduraScape Red') is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies visit the flowers, and the plant tolerates drought. It sits low on the menu for deer.

Pairs well with Showy milkweed, Foxtail barley, Bridal Crown daffodil, and Gro-Low fragrant sumac.
