Notes

'Eroica' rose (Rosa 'Eroica') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The dark red blooms are fragrant and attract bees. Mathias Tantau, Jr bred it, and it grows in an upright form with dark green leaves.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Casa Blanca lily, and Nelly Moser clematis.
