Notes
'Explorer' daffodil (Narcissus 'Explorer') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its yellow blooms are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Doornbosch Bros bred it.
Pairs well with Shirley Temple peony, Hyssop, and Hinoki cypress.
