Notes

False lily of the valley (Maianthemum bifolium) is a perennial for ground cover and low maintenance planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun or part shade and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows 6 to 9 inches tall and spreads 12 to 18 inches, so it fills in gaps under taller plants. White flowers appear in spring.

Pairs well with Mini Skirt hosta, Bladdernut, and Autumn crocus.
