Notes

'Fancy Pants' dahlia (Dahlia 'Fancy Pants') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. The blue-pink flowers have curled petals with an inner petaloid collar. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the blooms. K. Iler bred it in 2012.

Pairs well with Bigleaf hydrangea, Lemongrass, Vermillionaire cuphea, and First Frost hosta.
